40 international students participated from 6th to 11th February in Orientation Week at our University. They are from different countries among others South Korea, Colombia, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia etc.

During their first week in Katowice they had a lot of activities prepared especially for them to help them to get to know our University, city and region. They had a crash course in Polish, visited the museum of Katowice, play laser paintball, game at the University. They also had a chance to enjoy a typical Silesian dinner. The climax of the Week was the Global Village on 11th of February (Saturday) where each country presented their typical food, drinks, songs, dances etc.
